Sunday night I watched the season premiere of The Unit. I enjoy watching movies or television shows that involve government espionage, spying, the military, and of course some action. The Unit is one of those shows. You can also find Mr. Haysbert on the Allstate Insurance commercials.

Oh, there is nothing like a little "eye candy" to make you smile. I wished everyone in my house a "Happy Sting's Birthday" today--they just humor me. He makes my heart beat just a little faster........
